Once the reservation has been agreed between Navis Yacht and the Client, payment amounts, payments dates and payment instructions will be forwarded by email to the Client.
Payment is made in 2 instalments. 50% is due within 4 days of confirmation of booking and the balance is due at the latest 40 days prior to charter commencement. Once we have received your first instalment we will send you your booking confirmation.
If you change your mind in the 4 days before the first instalment is due then we will cancel your booking without any charge.
Once we have received all payments, we will send you information and details about the yacht, yacht base and how to collect your boat.
If payments are not made by the due dates then the Charter Company reserves the right to cancel the contract.
Cost – The price of the yacht charter includes the vessel equipped with everything in the inventory list and VAT valid at the time of booking. Should the VAT rate be increased by law prior to the date of the charter then Yacht Charter Croatia on behalf of the Charter Company reserves the right to charge the Client the VAT difference.
