Defect raised
The aft bilge pump reads low. The defect is raised from the round and lands on the flow board with a work order behind it.
Parts drawn
Stock comes from the vessel's own stores first and splits across locations atomically. On shortage the job parks in waiting parts, not in phantom consumption.
Statutory test
The weekly round marks the vessel's due set in one pass. The emergency fire pump fails, and a pre-filled corrective defect is raised from that row.
Sign-off
Completion wants evidence: the checklist snapshot, the photo, the closing hours. And the person who completed the job cannot be the one who approves it.
