Website operator and scope
This website is operated by AquaStruct E.E. (AquaStruct L.P.), 40 El. Venizelou, Glyfada 16675, Greece, GEMI 194515903000, EUID ELGEMI.194515903000, tax identification number 803319970. These terms apply to use of the public Navis Yacht website. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Access to the Navis Yacht application, paid services, implementation, support, service levels and the processing of customer data are governed by separately agreed contracts. These website terms do not replace or amend a signed customer agreement.
Information and demonstrations
Website descriptions are provided to help you assess the platform. Available features, integrations, implementation scope and commercial terms depend on the agreed configuration and contract. Marketing statements are not a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular operational outcome.
Product studies, screenshots and films may use fictional records, redesigned layouts and illustrative sequences. They do not disclose customer information and may differ from a customer’s configured workspace. Request a tailored demonstration to review the current product and your requirements.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and with respect for others. Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt services, impersonate another person or use contact forms to send unsolicited or unlawful material.
Do not scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the website for a competing service or use automated systems in a way that interferes with normal operation. Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The website’s branding, text, software, illustrations, screen designs and media are owned by AquaStruct or used under licence. You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for internal evaluation. Reproduction, redistribution, commercial reuse or presentation of our screens and media as your own requires permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party software and components remain subject to their respective licences. References to third-party products and marks do not imply endorsement.
Enquiries and external services
Provide accurate business contact details when requesting information. Submitting an enquiry does not create a service subscription or require either party to enter a contract.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content, availability and terms. Integrations with external services may require separate accounts, permissions and agreements.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care with website information, but it may contain errors or become outdated. We may update, suspend or remove website content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AquaStruct is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on general website information or interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability or statutory right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy, governing law and contact
Our privacy and cookie policies explain how website information is handled. Please use the contact form or registered address for questions about these terms or requests to reuse content.
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Greece, without limiting mandatory jurisdiction rules or consumer rights that apply to you.
We may revise these website terms from time to time. The version date below identifies the current text. Changes to separately agreed service contracts follow those contracts.
