Documents & Exports
Every export, a controlled document
Eighty-nine PDF generators behind one legal spine: sequential control numbers, an append-only export log, and archived copies both sides can verify.
The paper trail, engineered
Control numbers
Every issued document takes a sequential number per workspace and class, minted atomically. OS-2026-000042 exists exactly once.
The immutable archive
Issued documents archive with a SHA-256 hash. Re-archiving returns the existing copy; nothing is quietly replaced.
Both sides, same document
A supplier downloads the exact archived copy the buyer holds, served by signed URL, not a re-render.
Maritime retention classes
ISM five-year, Greek tax ten-year, MLC and statutory classes print on the footer of every controlled document.
Nothing truncates
Exports collect the full filtered dataset past any page cap. The general ledger refuses to produce a partial file.
Bilingual to the artifact
Greek statements export with embedded Greek fonts, el-GR dates and 1.234,56 figures, not just a translated interface.
The document is the proof
An owner statement as it leaves the system: letterhead, vessel particulars, control number, hash.
